SALES SPECIALIST - B2B SALES INTO LARGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES at the C- Level
5+ years of current experience selling into large residential property management companies and/ or Hotel Chains
Full sales life cycle experience (prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing and account management and growth)
2+ years of current experience closing NEW business with NEW accounts.
Solid track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas
Strong account management and growth experience
Strong client business development track record selling into muli-family residential commercial real estate and large residential property management companies
Solid experience selling at the C-level into large property management and hotel chains.
Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the Northeastern US up to 60%
WHERE WILL THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE COME FROM?
The qualified candidate for this role will meet
of the above requirements and be coming directly out of the Insurance Industry, the Hospitality Industry or the Commercial Real Estate Industry and currently reside within the northeastern territory (Washington DC area up to New England and across to Chicago)
The selected candidate will be joining one of the world's largest financial services companies and be working within their insurance organization, responsible for B2B property and casualty insurance sales into large residential commercial property management firms throughout their assigned territory. You will be responsible for the full sales life cycle, including cold calling, prospecting, qualifying potential customers, presenting to customers, negotiating and closing new business. You must have a strong and solid track record of closing new business with commercial and large residential property management firms as well as growing the accounts that you were responsible for establishing. This is primarily a new business development role where your goals, quotas and objectives are focused on 3 parts 1) Bringing in new business 2) maintaining existing business 3) growing existing business. You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a good solid and proven successful goal oriented sales specialist who brings a book of business selling into the Commercial residential property management world within the commercial real estate sector.
Candidates should submit a resume, as well as sales sheet and quota history and attainment for each of the last 3 years for consideration.
$80-100K base salary + bonus + incentives + exceptional benefits
